Sales Operations Analyst

We are seeking a passionate, analytical, and collaborative Sales Operations Analyst to act as a hands-on strategic partner to the Country Manager Italy. This role will support multiple operational, marketing, and customer-related workstreams aimed at expanding our most successful credit card products. The position requires a strong hands-on approach, pivoting from analysis to execution, making a direct impact on short-term challenges while contributing to strategic decision-making to drive long-term market growth. Key Responsibilities Process Engineering & Operational Improvements Map and document existing processes Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements Align process updates with central operations Marketing Optimization Analyze funnel metrics Review and refine email marketing campaigns Test new concepts and improve messaging tailored to local market requirements, working hands-on in the implementation Data Analysis & Insights (Italian Market) Analyze customer behaviors and KPIs related to customer support, pre-collection, and card usage Analyze credit card pre-collection data and customer inquiries to improve segmentation, tone of voice, and channel optimization Reduce customer friction and improve support processes Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations Product Launch Support Support product launch planning Monitor launch execution Track early performance and optimize initiatives Qualifications and Experience 2–3 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or analytics roles Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of working with data Hands-on execution mindset Strong communication skills Fluency in Spanish and English Interest in the financial industry Nice-to-Have: Banking or fintech experience Hands-on experience with SQL / analytics tools Additional languages such as Italian and/or German What We Offer: High-impact collaboration in a highly international environment Opportunity to influence decision-making and strategy Ownership of strategic initiatives Private health insurance focused on employee wellbeing Meal vouchers and flexible compensation plan An international, professional, and collaborative work environment Office perks such as snacks and regular company events
