Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor for Norwegian-speaking business clients regarding cloud products and solutionsProvide technical and solution-oriented support via phone, email, and virtual meetingsGuide customers through onboarding, adoption, and optimization of cloud technologiesUnderstand client needs and recommend suitable features, upgrades, and configurationsTroubleshoot technical inquiries and collaborate with internal support teams when neededMaintain accurate customer documentation and records within CRM systemsStay up-to-date with cloud product updates, features, and industry best practicesSupport customer retention and satisfaction through proactive follow-upsRequirementsNative or fluent Norwegian (C1+)Fluent English (B2+)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsInterest in cloud technology and digital transformation toolsAbility to assist and educate users with technical solutionsProblem-solving mindset and attention to detailTeam-oriented, proactive, and eager to learnPrevious experience in customer support or technical assistance is a plus (not required)What We OfferHybrid working model – office based in Málaga or ValenciaFull-time schedule | Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00Comprehensive training and continuous learning opportunitiesCareer growth within the cloud and tech industryDynamic and multicultural work environmentStart date: ASAPLocationMálaga or Valencia, Spain (Hybrid)#J-18808-Ljbffr
