Your Mission You will define and execute the commercial strategy in EMEA, driving revenue growth, margin improvement and market expansion, while leading and developing high-performing international sales teams. Key Responsibilities Define and execute organic and inorganic growth strategies in EMEA. Lead regional sales development , ensuring achievement of revenue and margin targets. Drive market expansion, new channels and key customer acquisition . Build and strengthen strategic relationships and key accounts . Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with business and margin objectives. Ensure structured sales processes, CRM usage and KPI tracking . Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations and Senior Management . Lead, develop and retain high-performance sales teams . Monitor market trends and implement corrective action plans when needed. MIN REQUIREMENTS Required Profile Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or MBA. +5 years managing commercial P&L in industrial B2B environments. +8 years leading international sales teams . Strong background in industrial markets and complex B2B sales . Proven leadership, strategic thinking and negotiation skills. Experience with CRM / ERP tools. Advanced English .
