Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and positive experience
- Assist customers in understanding our products and services, delivering accurate information and helpful guidance
- Swiftly and effectively resolve customer inquiries and complaints to maintain satisfaction
- Document customer interactions accurately and perform follow-ups to ensure their needs are met
- Collaborate with various departments to improve service quality and customer experience
- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to provide the best support possible
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus
- Experience in customer service roles, especially in a multilingual environment, is preferred
- Strong communication skills with a focus on building positive relationships with customers
- Effective problem-solving skills, emphasizing a customer-first approach
- Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm for new cultural experiences, and willingness to relocate to Greece
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
