The ideal candidate will be both analytical and pragmatic, able to navigate complex compliance topics while supporting business teams and ensuring a robust control environment. Provide expert compliance advisory. Monitor and maintain regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. Develop, implement, and perform second-line compliance controls. Conduct and update risk mapping and support remediation plans where needed. Contribute to maintaining and improving the compliance framework (policies, procedures, guidelines). Support onboarding and KYC processes. Deliver and update training programs for front-office and control teams. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and escalate matters to senior compliance management as appropriate. Stay ahead of regulatory changes and market trends. YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS: Proven experience in a compliance, legal, or control function (ideally 4-6 years). Strong analytical mindset and capacity to translate regulation into operational practice. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently across business lines. Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach. Fluent in English.
