Raise the bar for the industry by creating forward‐thinking designs that elevate Kraken's brand and set new benchmarks for excellence. Shape and evolve Kraken's design language, strengthening visual alignment across products while expressing unique brand expressions. Craft exceptional user experiences by collaborating closely with designers, product managers, data analysts and engineers. Influence stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of design quality and user experience. Own your work fully, taking accountability for design quality, outcomes, and measurable results. Stay ahead of emerging trends, using customer insights to refine and advance our design direction. Contribute actively to design reviews, seeking and offering constructive, supportive feedback that raises team‐wide standards. 5+ years of proven experience delivering end‐to‐end product design, with a portfolio showcasing high‐quality mobile app work. Experience working with KYC in compliance‐heavy industries. Strong UX and visual design skills, taking on challenging problems and delivering thoughtful, user‐centered solutions. Data‐informed approach using quantitative and qualitative data, A/B testing, experimentation, and impact‐driven outcomes. Balanced design decisions considering user insights, business needs, and technical feasibility. Comfortable taking ownership of high‐impact features or projects while collaborating closely with peers and cross‐functional partners. Strong familiarity with human‐centered design principles and research methods, applying them to improve outcomes. Ability to present and defend design decisions confidently to peers and non‐design audiences. Bias to action in a fast‐growing, remote‐first org.
