We are looking for enthusiastic Swiss German-speaking Freelance Customer Engagement Specialists who enjoy connecting with people, gathering information, and creating opportunities for our clients.
Our client supports international companies with:
Lead generation and qualification
Appointment setting
Market research projects
Customer and prospect outreach
Data validation and database enrichment
Customer satisfaction and follow-up campaigns
This is not a hard-sales role. The focus is on building professional relationships, gathering valuable information, and helping clients connect with the right people.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will:

Identify opportunities and qualify potential leads.
Conduct market research and information-gathering activities.
Schedule appointments for sales and business development teams.
