Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Hebrew Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist position in Bulgaria. This role is a vital component of our partner's social media moderation division, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for users worldwide by moderating content in Hebrew.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and evaluate social media content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety policies.
Investigate reports of policy violations, including harassment, misinformation, and prohibited content, specifically within Hebrew-speaking user communities.
Maintain high accuracy and quality standards in content moderation to keep the social media ecosystem secure.
Stay updated on the evolving social media trends and policy adjustments to adapt moderation strategies effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate complex cases and provide feedback on emerging patterns.
Perform daily tasks with a focus on both efficiency and deep analytical accuracy to meet performance benchmarks.
Native or fluent Hebrew (spoken and written).
Strong proficiency in English to navigate internal systems and professional communication.
Previous experience in trust and safety, moderation, or social media operations is a strong asset.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to process sensitive information with resilience and objectivity.
Valid EU passport (mandatory for this on-site role in Sofia).
