Trainer & Quality Specialist
to support a customer service team within the fashion industry.

Your responsibilities
Monitor and improve quality
by conducting evaluations and calibrations, providing structured feedback, and ensuring consistency across human and AI-assisted quality assessments.
Train and coach team members
through onboarding sessions, refresher training, and targeted coaching to address skill gaps and improve performance.
Analyze performance and customer feedback
by reviewing quality results, KPIs, and customer complaints to identify trends and root causes.
Prepare reports and insights
using Excel, DOMO, and Power BI to support decision-making and collaborate with management on improvement plans.
Drive continuous improvement
by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, maintain quality standards, and support operational excellence.
Support AI and automation initiatives
by contributing to AI/BOT training, knowledge management, and the improvement of evaluation criteria and AI-driven solutions.
What we're looking for
At least
2 years of experience
in Quality, Training, Coaching, or a similar role.
Fluent in
English and either Catalan, Galician or Basque
, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Intermediate-level Excel skills and experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or DOMO.
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with quality assurance processes, CRM tools, data analysis, or AI/BOT environments is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What's in it for you
39 hours/week permanent contract: rotative Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 23:00
