In 2022 and 2023, it was awarded the ÚNICO-Banda Ancha program in the provinces of Burgos and Segovia. Provide second-level support to ISP clients (troubleshooting, diagnostics, ticket handling). Investigate and resolve OSI Layer 2–3 issues across transmission and IP/MPLS networks. Act as an escalation point for L1 engineers, assisting with deeper analysis and issue resolution. Participate in network upgrades, changes, and new feature implementations. Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and configuration changes. Strong hands-on experience with Huawei network infrastructure. Deep understanding of IP/MPLS networks and routing protocols. Experience resolving Layer 1–3 issues across large-scale networks.
