About The Project We’re building next-generation AI systems for aviation and autonomous flight. To do that, we need high-quality transcriptions of real Air Traffic Control (ATC) and pilot communications. This is not generic transcription. This is not generic transcription. This Project Requires Organization: Alignerr (Powered by Labelbox) Position: Aviation Communications Transcriber (ATC) Location: Remote Type: Hourly / Task-based Contract Compensation: $20-30 /hour Commitment: 10-40 hours/week What You’ll Do Transcribe real-world Air Traffic Control (ATC) ↔ pilot audio recordings Carefully label speakers, callsigns, instructions, and responses Correctly capture aviation terminology, abbreviations, and phraseologyWork on task-based assignments at your own pace Meet quality and accuracy standards (this is critical) Who This Is For A pilot, student pilot, Air Traffic Controller (ATC), or aviation professional An aviation enthusiast who regularly listens to ATC Someone who understands aviation radio communications and phraseology Extremely detail-oriented and patient with audio work Compensation Paid per task / per hour equivalent (based on speed and quality) High-quality contributors get priority access to more work Top performers can earn very strong effective hourly rates Why Join Us Competitive pay and flexible remote work.
