Job description:The OpportunityLocation: Barcelona1 year temporary contract – dedicated for young talentIt is mandatory to have graduated less than 3 years ago to be able to take part in the graduate program.Mission: Together with the Communication and Marketing teams work on the global marketing, PR & influencer strategy for Shakira and Benetton perfumes.Assist the two different teams:Marketing team with the development of the future marketing plans for the Shakira brandCommunication team to help local markets to launch the best-in‑class campaigns for Shakira and Benetton perfumes.What you’ll get to do1. Marketing:Participate on ideating concepts for new launches (moodboards, concept research, names, packaging ideas, design etc.)Support the teams during all steps of innovation development & coordinate the development of all support materials to guarantee successful launch along with internal teams (communication, PR, digital, e‑taiiling, POS, training materials, activation)Set 360° launch strategies and operational implementation in cooperation with all departments (Trade, Merchandising, Training, Media, PR, etc.)Creation of Marketing presentations for the business meetings.2. Content creation:Elaboration of briefs for service providers, production companies and external creative teams.Follow-up of the shootings from preparation to post-production.Coordination with the different internal departments (marketing development, e‑business,...).Guarantee deadlines and project planning.Guarantee the graphic charter of the brand on the different media and formats.Administrative follow-up of projects3. Influencer Marketing:Influencer scouting and selection: review and evaluate (approve / reject) market profiles and proposals, analyze them via Lefty platform (official Puig’s). Follow up with local communication and marketing teams.Influencer campaigns follow up & reporting: on monthly basis; influencers’ performance update; review and validate all influencer campaigns in all markets. Work closely with HQ agencies.Social media: act as intermediary between the communications and the digital departments to ensure a qualitative visibility of all the PR & influencer activations in our own channels.4. Events & Special Projects:Global events: support the coordination of global events and PR experiences for the two brands.Key markets: follow up with communication manager of all influencer activations (content calendar, events, local shootings) in key markets (Global ambassadors, secondary crews in key projects).Secondary markets: lead the support to secondary markets on local influencers activations – from top to end (scouting, briefs, product seeding, events…) making sure they all follow brand guidelines.5. Communication Guidelines:Develop, together with the Communication Manager, events & influencer marketing guidelines in order to align messages and achieve one voice globally.We’d love to meet you if you haveWe are looking for a passionate candidate, with strong communication skills, both in Spanish and English, a special sensibility and taste, mixed with strong analytical and organizational skills.Mandatory for graduate contract: maximum 3 years of experience after graduationExperience: 1-2 years / previous internship in Marketing or Communications departments is a big plusEducation: Marketing & Business / Advertising / CommunicationsLanguages: Fluent Spanish & English (writing & speaking)SkillsCreative profile.
