What you will do: _**
- Participate in the development and implementation of communication strategies and initiatives to engage, inform, and inspire our employees in collaboration with the People Team.
- Collaborate with the People Team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational objectives, results, and deliverables.
- Coordinate the information gathering and communication of internal events and initiatives, fostering employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
- Support the development and maintenance of the people’s team intranet and internal communication channels.
- Measure the effectiveness of communication efforts through data analysis and feedback.

**Qualifications**:
**_Who you are:_**
- Bachelor's or master's degree in communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native speaker level required).
- Proficiency in digital, graphic design and creative communication and audio-visual tools
- Fast learner with excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative, service-oriented communication solutions to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
- Must be eligible to work in the desired location without the need of VISA sponsorship.
