We’re looking for a Performance Business Partner Analyst to join our dynamic FP&A Finance team in Madrid. In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in tracking performance, delivering insightful reporting, and driving analysis that supports strategic decisions. Principle Accountabilities Support the preparation of monthly performance reports and variance analysis. Assist in consolidating financial data and maintaining accurate records. Help with forecasting and budgeting activities. Update dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance. Collaborate with internal teams to collect and validate data. Provide support for ad-hoc analysis and projects as required. Skills and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Substantial relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excel requires; knowledge of BI tools is an advantage. Good communication skills and willingness to learn. Fluent in English and a team player with a proactive attitude.
