We’re looking for a Performance Business Partner Analyst to join our dynamic FP&A Finance team in Madrid.In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in tracking performance, delivering insightful reporting, and driving analysis that supports strategic decisions.Principle AccountabilitiesSupport the preparation of monthly performance reports and variance analysis.Assist in consolidating financial data and maintaining accurate records.Help with forecasting and budgeting activities.Update dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance.Collaborate with internal teams to collect and validate data.Provide support for ad-hoc analysis and projects as required.Skills and Experience RequiredBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.Substantial relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similarStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excel requires; knowledge of BI tools is an advantage.Good communication skills and willingness to learn.Fluent in English and a team player with a proactive attitude.What We OfferIn return for playing your part in building our future, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package with salary, bonus scheme and further benefits as well inspiring places to work and collaborate with purpose.
