Territory Managerarnermi Interior/Scientific Segment - North Of Uk, Eire And ScotlandCompany: TrespaLocation: GBDate posted: Nov 12, ****Tasks and responsibilitiesYou are jointly responsible for the sales growth of our interior segment (wall lining and furniture) in the North of UK, Eire and Scotland.You increase sales volume by acquiring new projects and new customers.You maintain a network of existing customers and grow sales with these and new potential customers.You acquire and share application‑ and segment‑specific market intelligence with your global team colleagues.You are responsible for annual volume and price targets as well as for long‑term, sustainable and profitable growth.QualificationsBachelor's degree, preferably in business or technical orientation, or equivalent knowledge and skills.3–5 years of related work experience—preferably in the specification process and sales of complex products—and a proven track record of delivering profitable growth.Experience in scientific applications such as laboratories, clean rooms and special healthcare applications is a plus.Motivated, enthusiastic, independent, flexible and self‑disciplined.Enjoy traveling and are exceptionally good at building and maintaining customer relationships and networks.Excellent didactic and communication skills; able to inspire and motivate listeners.Affinity for numbers, goal‑oriented and confident demeanour.Good negotiation skills with the ability to build long‑term relationships with clients, customers and partners.Experience in dealing with IT systems and programs (MS Office, CRM).Willingness to travel regularly for several days in the area.Ideal candidate preferably lives in the area of Great Manchester or Leeds.What can you expect?A friendly and collegial work environment with dedicated and professional colleagues.A high degree of responsibility and independence.An international working environment.Salary matched to the role, company car and other benefits.Sufficient room for personal growth and further development.About TrespaTrespa International B.V. is a leading innovator in architectural sheet materials, renowned for high‑quality sheets for façade cladding and interior applications (scientific laboratories, healthcare, industry, institutional).
