A través de nuestro Club, podrás relacionarte, vivir experiencias profesionales y alcanzar tus metas.Buscamos un perfil senior para coordinar el servicio SSA (soporte incidental) del área financiera, fiscal y contable en un entorno asegurador altamente crítico , con fuerte orientación a gestión de servicio, personas y negocio .Este rol no es de ejecución técnica , sino de liderazgo operativo , trabajando muy alineado con el Service Manager y con alta exposición a usuarios de negocio.Serás la persona responsable de asegurar la calidad, continuidad y eficiencia del servicio , actuando como nexo entre los equipos técnicos y las áreas financieras del negocio, especialmente en periodos clave de cierre financiero .¿Coordinar el servicio SSA del área financiera, fiscal y contable.Liderar un equipo técnico que da soporte y mantenimiento a aplicaciones legacy (PL/SQL y Java) .Actuar como interlocutor principal con usuarios de negocio del área financiera.Garantizar el cumplimiento de SLA, KPI y estándares de calidad del servicio .Colaborar estrechamente con el Service Manager del servicio.Core financiero basado en SAP FI , integrado con sistemas legacy.El equipo gestionado no desarrolla ni da soporte SAP , sino aplicaciones heredadas.Se requiere comprensión funcional financiera , no un perfil técnico profundo.¿Experiencia senior en gestión de equipos y servicios SSA / ANS / outsourcing .Conocimiento sólido de procesos de cierre financiero (mensual, trimestral y anual).Alta orientación a servicio, cliente y eficiencia operativa .Muy valorable experiencia previa en sector asegurador .¿Te resulta interesante?
