We are seeking an Assistant Entertainment & Kids Club Manager to join OKU Andalusia , our new five-star resort on the Costa del Sol, just minutes from Sotogrande, with accommodation included. This role is key to supporting and enhancing the resort’s overall Entertainment and Kids Club experience, playing a central role in the day-to-day operation and in delivering safe, engaging and high-quality activities for families and children. Meticulously designed sanctuaries are conceived with barefoot luxury, local connections and slow living at heart. OKU Hotels is headquartered in London, with current properties operating in Ibiza, Andalucia and Kos, and a confirmed pipeline of hotels set to open in Turkey, Bodrum and the Maldives. OKU is targeting to own and/or operate a collection of over ten exquisite properties in new and captivating destinations worldwide, over the next five years. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE Support the Entertainment & Kids Club Manager in the daily operation and supervision of all entertainment, activities and Kids Club programs, ensuring high-quality experiences aligned with OKU brand values and standards. Assist in coordinating daytime and evening entertainment activities, Kids Club schedules, family experiences and special events to deliver engaging, creative and memorable guest experiences. Ensure excellent standards of safety, service, presentation and guest interaction across all entertainment and Kids Club activities. Actively participate in daily operations, leading by example and providing hands-on support to entertainment hosts, kids club animators and activity coordinators. Assist in managing VIP families, special requests and personalised experiences in collaboration with Guest Experience and Front Office teams. Handle guest feedback, complaints or incidents related to entertainment or Kids Club operations in a professional, empathetic and solution-oriented manner. Support staff scheduling, onboarding, training, coaching and performance follow-up to maintain motivated, energetic and child-focused teams. Ensure compliance with brand image, behaviour, communication style, safeguarding policies and health & safety regulations, especially regarding children’s activities. Assist in inventory control, activity materials management and ordering of supplies according to company procedures. Contribute to the creation and implementation of activity programs, seasonal entertainment concepts, themed events and family-focused initiatives. Support the Entertainment & Kids Club Manager with daily briefings, reporting, operational meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Assistant Entertainment Manager, Kids Club Supervisor, Activities Manager or similar role within luxury hotels, resorts or lifestyle hospitality concepts. Strong operational background in Kids Club, family entertainment or resort activities; luxury or lifestyle resort experience is highly desirable. Based on the Costa del Sol or willing to relocate. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced resort environment with flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Behavioural Competencies Passion for guest experience, entertainment and creating meaningful moments for families and children. Natural leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide and support multicultural teams. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously. Calm, professional and positive attitude when dealing with guests, parents and children. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality and consistency. Proactive, creative, flexible and adaptable mindset within a growing lifestyle brand. Technical Skills and Knowledge Fluency in Spanish and professional level of English (additional languages are a plus). Strong knowledge of Kids Club operations, entertainment programming, child safeguarding policies and health & safety standards. Experience in activity planning, scheduling, basic reporting and inventory management. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO Apoyar al Entertainment & Kids Club Manager en la operación diaria y supervisión de todas las actividades de entretenimiento y del Kids Club, garantizando experiencias de alta calidad alineadas con los valores y estándares de la marca OKU. Asistir en la coordinación de actividades diurnas y nocturnas, programación del Kids Club, experiencias familiares y eventos especiales para ofrecer experiencias creativas, atractivas y memorables. Asegurar altos estándares de seguridad, servicio, presentación e interacción con el huésped en todas las actividades de entretenimiento y Kids Club. Participar activamente en la operación diaria, liderando con el ejemplo y ofreciendo apoyo directo a animadores, monitores infantiles y coordinadores de actividades. Asistir en la gestión de familias VIP, solicitudes especiales y experiencias personalizadas en colaboración con los equipos de Guest Experience y Front Office. Gestionar comentarios, quejas o incidencias relacionadas con entretenimiento o Kids Club de forma profesional, empática y orientada a soluciones. Apoyar en la planificación de horarios, formación, acompañamiento y seguimiento del desempeño del equipo para mantener un ambiente motivado y enfocado en el servicio infantil y familiar. Garantizar el cumplimiento de la imagen de marca, comportamiento, estilo de comunicación, políticas de protección infantil y normativas de salud y seguridad. Asistir en el control de inventarios, gestión de materiales de actividades y pedidos según los procedimientos internos. Contribuir al diseño e implementación de programas de actividades, conceptos de entretenimiento estacionales, eventos temáticos e iniciativas familiares. Apoyar al Entertainment & Kids Club Manager en briefings diarios, reportes, reuniones operativas e iniciativas de mejora continua. REQUISITOS DEL CANDIDATO/A Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como Assistant Entertainment Manager, Supervisor de Kids Club, Responsable de Actividades o puesto similar en hoteles de lujo, resorts o conceptos lifestyle. Sólida experiencia operativa en Kids Club, entretenimiento familiar o actividades de resort; se valorará especialmente experiencia en resorts de lujo. Residencia en la Costa del Sol o disponibilidad para reubicarse. Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico, con horarios flexibles, incluidos fines de semana y festivos. Competencias conductuales Pasión por la experiencia del huésped, el entretenimiento y la creación de momentos memorables para familias y niños. Habilidades naturales de liderazgo, con capacidad para motivar y apoyar equipos multiculturales. Excelente organización y capacidad para gestionar múltiples actividades simultáneamente. Actitud calmada, profesional y positiva en el trato con huéspedes, padres y niños. Alta atención al detalle, con foco en la seguridad, la calidad y la consistencia. Mentalidad proactiva, creativa, flexible y adaptable en un entorno en crecimiento. Habilidades y conocimientos Dominio del español y nivel profesional de inglés (otros idiomas serán valorados). Conocimiento sólido de operaciones de Kids Club, programación de entretenimiento, políticas de protección infantil y normativas de salud y seguridad. Experiencia en planificación de actividades, elaboración de horarios, reportes básicos y control de materiales. Manejo de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
