We are seeking a Beach Club Manager to join OKU Andalusia , our new five-star resort on the Costa del Sol, just minutes from Sotogrande, with accommodation included. This role is key to creating and elevating a vibrant and memorable leisure experience at the resort’s Beach Club, leading the day-to-day operations while delivering a dynamic, seamless and consistently high-quality Beach Club experience, always aligned with the brand’s social atmosphere and laidback luxury ethos. OKU Hotels is a boutique collection of soulfully-curated, laidback luxury hotels, created for the modern traveler. Meticulously designed sanctuaries are conceived with barefoot luxury, local connections and slow living at heart. OKU Hotels is headquartered in London, with current properties operating in Ibiza, Andalucia and Kos, and a confirmed pipeline of hotels set to open in Turkey, Bodrum and the Maldives. OKU is targeting to own and/or operate a collection of over ten exquisite properties in new and captivating destinations worldwide, over the next five years. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Beach Club, ensuring an exceptional guest experience aligned with OKU brand standards and laidback luxury ethos. Lead, supervise and coordinate all Beach Club teams (service, bar, pool/beach attendants and support staff), guaranteeing a seamless, vibrant and high-quality operation. Ensure high standards of service, presentation, cleanliness, safety and guest interaction across all Beach Club touchpoints. Actively participate in floor operations, leading by example and providing hands-on support during peak service periods and high-volume days. Create and maintain a dynamic Beach Club atmosphere, balancing music, service flow, guest engagement and overall ambience. Oversee VIP guests, cabana bookings, special requests and personalised beach experiences in coordination with Guest Experience, Front Office and Security teams. Handle guest feedback, complaints or incidents in a professional, calm and solution-oriented manner, turning challenges into opportunities for guest loyalty. Manage staff scheduling, training, coaching and performance monitoring to maintain motivated, energetic and service-driven teams. Ensure compliance with brand image, grooming, service behaviour, health & safety and beach/pool regulations at all times. Control inventory, stock levels, beverage and operational costs, ordering and waste management in line with company procedures. Collaborate with culinary, bar and marketing teams on menus, activations, events, entertainment concepts and promotional initiatives. Monitor financial performance, prepare operational reports and support budgeting and forecasting for Beach Club operations. Conduct daily briefings and operational meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams. Support hotel openings, peak seasons, special events, private parties and new concept launches within the Beach Club. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Beach Club Manager, Assistant Beach Club Manager, Restaurant/Bar Manager or similar leadership role within luxury resorts, beach clubs or high-end lifestyle venues. Strong operational and commercial background in Beach Club, poolside or outdoor F&B concepts; resort experience is highly desirable. Based on the Costa del Sol or willing to relocate. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume and outdoor environments, managing multiple teams and guest demands simultaneously. Confident and inspiring leadership style, with the ability to motivate and engage diverse teams. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with strong attention to detail. Calm, proactive and solution-oriented approach under pressure. High standards of quality, consistency and operational excellence. Flexible, adaptable and energetic attitude within a dynamic and seasonal operation. Technical Skills and Knowledge Fluency in Spanish and professional level of English (additional languages are a plus). Strong knowledge of Beach Club operations, outdoor F&B concepts, service standards and health & safety regulations. Experience with POS systems, cost control, inventory management and operational reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO Gestionar y supervisar la operación diaria del Beach Club, garantizando una experiencia excepcional para el huésped alineada con los estándares de la marca OKU y su filosofía de lujo relajado. Liderar, supervisar y coordinar todos los equipos del Beach Club (servicio, bar, personal de piscina/playa y equipos de apoyo), asegurando una operación fluida, dinámica y de alta calidad. Garantizar altos estándares de servicio, presentación, limpieza, seguridad e interacción con el cliente en todos los puntos de contacto del Beach Club. Participar activamente en la operación diaria, liderando con el ejemplo y proporcionando apoyo directo al equipo durante los momentos de mayor volumen y demanda. Crear y mantener una atmósfera vibrante y cuidada en el Beach Club, equilibrando música, ritmo de servicio, interacción con el huésped y ambiente general. Supervisar la atención a huéspedes VIP, reservas de camas y cabañas, solicitudes especiales y experiencias personalizadas, en coordinación con los equipos de Guest Experience, Front Office y Seguridad. Gestionar comentarios, quejas o incidencias de los huéspedes de manera profesional, calmada y orientada a soluciones, convirtiendo los retos en oportunidades de fidelización. Planificar turnos, formar, acompañar y evaluar el desempeño del equipo para mantener equipos motivados, enérgicos y orientados al servicio. Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares de imagen, uniformidad, comportamiento, comunicación, salud y seguridad, así como de la normativa específica de playa y piscina. Controlar inventarios, niveles de stock, costes de bebidas y operativos, pedidos y gestión de mermas conforme a los procedimientos establecidos. Colaborar con los equipos de cocina, bar y marketing en el desarrollo de menús, activaciones, eventos, conceptos de entretenimiento e iniciativas promocionales. Supervisar el rendimiento financiero del Beach Club, elaborar reportes operativos y apoyar en la elaboración de presupuestos y previsiones. Realizar briefings diarios y reuniones operativas, asegurando una comunicación clara y alineación entre los equipos. Dar soporte durante aperturas, temporadas altas, eventos especiales, fiestas privadas y lanzamientos de nuevos conceptos dentro del Beach Club. REQUISITOS DEL CANDIDATO/A Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia como Beach Club Manager, Assistant Beach Club Manager, Responsable de Restaurante/Bar o puesto de liderazgo similar en resorts de lujo, beach clubs o establecimientos lifestyle de alto nivel. Sólida experiencia operativa y comercial en conceptos de Beach Club, zonas de piscina F&B al aire libre; se valorará especialmente la experiencia en resorts. Residencia en la Costa del Sol o disponibilidad para reubicarse. Capacidad para desenvolverse en entornos dinámicos, de alto volumen y al aire libre, gestionando múltiples equipos y demandas de clientes de forma simultánea. Competencias conductuales Fuerte orientación al huésped y pasión por la hospitalidad lifestyle y las experiencias memorables. Estilo de liderazgo seguro e inspirador, con capacidad para motivar y comprometer a equipos diversos. Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de priorización, con gran atención al detalle. Actitud calmada, proactiva y orientada a soluciones bajo presión. Altos estándares de calidad, consistencia y excelencia operativa. Actitud flexible, adaptable y enérgica dentro de una operación dinámica y estacional. Habilidades y conocimientos Dominio del español y nivel profesional de inglés (otros idiomas serán un plus). Sólido conocimiento de operaciones de Beach Club, conceptos de F&B al aire libre, estándares de servicio y normativas de salud y seguridad. Experiencia con sistemas TPV/POS, control de costes, gestión de inventarios y elaboración de reportes operativos. Manejo de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
