We are seeking a Bellboys Supervisor to join OKU Andalusia , our new five-star resort on the Costa del Sol, just minutes from Sotogrande, with accommodation included. This role is fundamental in shaping the guest’s first and last impression at OKU Andalusia, leading the Bellboys team and ensuring a seamless, authentic arrival and departure experience aligned with the brand’s laidback luxury ethos. OKU Hotels is a boutique collection of soulfully-curated, laidback luxury hotels, created for the modern traveler. Meticulously designed sanctuaries are conceived with barefoot luxury, local connections and slow living at heart. OKU Hotels is headquartered in London, with current properties operating in Ibiza, Andalucia and Kos, and a confirmed pipeline of hotels set to open in Turkey, Bodrum and the Maldives. OKU is targeting to own and/or operate a collection of over ten exquisite properties in new and captivating destinations worldwide, over the next five years. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE Support the Front Office Manager in the daily operation and supervision of the Bellboys team, ensuring a warm, efficient and personalised guest arrival and departure experience aligned with OKU brand standards. Supervise and coordinate bell services including luggage handling, guest escorts, room orientations, internal deliveries and transportation assistance. Ensure high standards of service, presentation, professionalism and guest interaction across all bell service touchpoints. Actively participate in daily operations, leading by example and providing hands-on support to the team during peak arrival and departure times. Oversee VIP arrivals, returning guests and special requests in close coordination with Front Office and Guest Experience teams. Handle guest feedback, complaints or incidents related to bell services in a professional, calm and solution-oriented manner. Support staff scheduling, training, coaching and performance monitoring to maintain motivated, service-driven and well-presented teams. Ensure compliance with brand image, grooming, behaviour and communication standards within all bell service areas. Assist in the control and maintenance of bell service equipment, luggage storage areas and vehicles where applicable, following company procedures. Prepare and conduct daily briefings, sharing key guest information, service priorities and operational updates with the team. Support Front Office management with reporting, operational meetings and service improvement initiatives. Assist during hotel openings, peak seasons, special events and high-occupancy periods. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Bellboy Supervisor, Senior Bellboy, Guest Services Supervisor or similar role within luxury hotels, resorts or high-end lifestyle properties. Strong operational background in guest services, concierge or front office support functions; resort experience is highly desirable. Based on the Costa del Sol or willing to relocate. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple guest requests simultaneously. Behavioural Competencies Strong guest-focused mindset with a genuine passion for high-end hospitality and service excellence. Natural leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and support multicultural teams. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise under pressure. Calm, professional and solution-focused attitude in high-volume and high-demand environments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency and quality of service. Proactive, flexible and adaptable approach within a dynamic and evolving operation. Technical Skills and Knowledge Fluency in Spanish and professional level of English (additional languages are a plus). Solid understanding of guest service standards, luxury hospitality protocols and health & safety procedures. Basic reporting skills and familiarity with operational systems used within Front Office departments. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO Apoyar al Front Office Manager en la operación diaria y supervisión del equipo de Bellboys, garantizando una experiencia de llegada y salida del huésped cálida, eficiente y personalizada, alineada con los estándares de la marca OKU. Supervisar y coordinar los servicios de botones, incluyendo manejo de equipaje, acompañamiento de huéspedes, explicación de habitaciones, entregas internas y asistencia con transporte. Garantizar altos estándares de servicio, presentación, profesionalidad e interacción con el huésped en todos los puntos de contacto del servicio de Bellboys. Participar activamente en la operación diaria, liderando con el ejemplo y ofreciendo apoyo directo al equipo durante los momentos de mayor volumen de llegadas y salidas. Supervisar llegadas VIP, huéspedes repetidores y solicitudes especiales en estrecha coordinación con los equipos de Front Office y Guest Experience. Gestionar comentarios, quejas o incidencias relacionadas con el servicio de Bellboys de manera profesional, calmada y orientada a soluciones. Apoyar en la planificación de turnos, formación, acompañamiento y seguimiento del desempeño del equipo para mantener equipos motivados, orientados al servicio y bien presentados. Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares de imagen, uniformidad, comportamiento y comunicación de la marca en todas las áreas del servicio de Bellboys. Asistir en el control y mantenimiento del equipamiento del departamento, áreas de consigna de equipaje y vehículos, cuando aplique, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos. Preparar y liderar briefings diarios, compartiendo información clave de huéspedes, prioridades de servicio y actualizaciones operativas con el equipo. Dar apoyo al equipo de Front Office en reportes, reuniones operativas e iniciativas de mejora del servicio. REQUISITOS DEL CANDIDATO/A Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como Supervisor de Bellboys, Bellboy Senior, Supervisor de Guest Services o puesto similar en hoteles de lujo, resorts o propiedades lifestyle de alto nivel. Sólida experiencia operativa en servicios al huésped, concierge o funciones de apoyo a Front Office; se valorará especialmente la experiencia en resorts. Residencia en la Costa del Sol o disponibilidad para reubicarse. Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y gestionar múltiples solicitudes de huéspedes de forma simultánea. Competencias conductuales Fuerte orientación al huésped y auténtica pasión por la hospitalidad de alto nivel y la excelencia en el servicio. Habilidades naturales de liderazgo, con capacidad para motivar, formar y acompañar a equipos multiculturales. Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo, con capacidad para priorizar bajo presión. Actitud calmada, profesional y resolutiva en entornos de alto volumen y alta exigencia. Alto nivel de atención al detalle y compromiso con la consistencia y calidad del servicio. Actitud proactiva, flexible y adaptable dentro de una operación dinámica y en constante evolución. Habilidades y conocimientos Dominio del español y nivel profesional de inglés (otros idiomas serán un plus). Sólido conocimiento de los estándares de servicio al huésped, protocolos de hospitalidad de lujo y procedimientos de salud y seguridad. Habilidades básicas de elaboración de reportes y familiaridad con sistemas operativos del área de Front Office. Manejo de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
