We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI understands organizational behavior, team dynamics, and decision-making. Your expertise will directly influence the quality and realism of AI reasoning in one of the most complex and human-centered domains: leadership.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work on your own schedule while contributing to cutting-edge AI development.

- Type: Hourly / Task-Based Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Review and evaluate AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in model training
- Assess the quality of AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
- Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision-making frameworks in AI outputs
- Provide clear, structured feedback to help AI systems develop stronger managerial reasoningWork independently and asynchronously to complete task-based assignments on your own schedule
- 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
- Deep understanding of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management practice
- Strong ability to evaluate decision-making frameworks and analyze complex tradeoffs
- Comfortable reviewing and critiquing written scenarios, case studies, and AI-generated recommendations
- Self-motivated and reliable — able to deliver quality work independently
- MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
- Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting
- Familiarity with AI systems, content evaluation workflows, or instructional design
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top research labs
