Ten Lifestyle Group is hiring a French-speaking travel lifestyle consultant for its Spain-based remote team. The full-time role serves premium cardholders by phone and email from quote preparation through billing. The consultant handles airline, hotel, and travel-agency reservations, then prepares tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed itineraries. The work sits within travel services and includes advice on distinctive travel experiences, special promotions, and exclusive offers. Professional French and English at C2 level are required, along with several years of experience in travel, a tour operator, or a travel agency. The remote arrangement requires a secure home office at a confirmed address in Spain.
The role combines client service, reservation work, destination knowledge, and written itinerary preparation. It is a strong match for an experienced travel consultant who can work in French and English and who understands luxury travel, gastronomy, events, and culture. Ten Group also requires availability five days per week from Sunday through Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Central European Time. Additional German or Italian is advantageous.

Premium Cardholder Travel Service
The consultant advises premium cardholders in French and English by phone and email. Client work begins with an inquiry and continues through quote preparation, reservation handling, travel-document preparation, itinerary detail, and billing.
Travel-agent work commonly includes choosing destinations, transportation modes, dates, costs, and accommodations before reservations are made. The travel-agent tasks also include describing itineraries, selling tour packages, recording client and vendor information, and resolving travel problems. Ten Group's role applies that operating knowledge to premium-cardholder requests.
Air, Hotel, And Travel-Agency Reservations
Airline reservations, hotel reservations, and travel-agency bookings form the operational center of the position. The consultant also prepares detailed itineraries and travel documents, then facilitates distinctive experiences tied to the client's interests.
