Context The Senior ICT Officer (Global Infrastructure and Security Operations) will assume overall accountability and responsibility for the IOM Wide Area Network (WAN) and field focused Infrastructure operations. The Senior ICT Officer (Global Infrastructure and Security Operations) will be responsible for global IOM infrastructure and oversee the design, implementation, and management of the Global IT infrastructure ecosystem working with the vendors, other infrastructure team leads, Regional Information Management and Technology Officers, and mission ICT.  The Senior ICT Officer (Global Infrastructure and Security Operations) will possess a strong technical background, exceptional supervisory skills, and a proven record of ensuring the stability, security, efficiency of IT systems and services, and compliance to defined standards and norms. Under the overall supervision of the Director/ Chief Information Officer and the direct supervision of Chief Technology Officer (CTO), the Senior ICT Officer (Global Infrastructure and Security Operations) will be responsible for global infrastructure and security operations ensuring efficiency in service delivery to the missions.
