Job Description We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee our Project Management as a Service (PMaaS) engagements across key client accounts. This role is central in ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of PMO and project management services in complex pharma and life science environments. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for PMaaS delivery across one or more client accounts. Ensure delivery excellence of project managers and PMO resources by providing guidance, coaching, and quality assurance. Improve overall delivery performance and maturity of the PMO setup within assigned client projects. Lead regular delivery reviews with internal stakeholders and client-side counterparts. Proactively address delivery risks, resource gaps, or misalignments. Align PMaaS service delivery to evolving client expectations, SOWs, and Fusion best practices. Support development of training plans, playbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulated environments and relevant documentation (GxP, CSV, etc.). Additional Information This is a full-time remote position with approximately 20% travel required, depending on client needs. Qualifications Qualifications 8+ years of experience in project and program delivery in consulting or life sciences industries. Strong leadership experience in managing teams of project managers and PMO professionals. Proven track record in leading multi-project environments, preferably within pharma. Familiarity with service models and SOW-driven delivery frameworks. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
