For any questions concerning the protection of your personal data, please contact Job Responsibilities Ensure the appropriate management of VIP Clients of Christian Dior, maximizing their potential within your boutique.Increase client loyalty, with a special focus on local clientele, in all departments in conjunction with Department Managers and Sales Associates.Develop a portfolio of clients at VVIC and Elite level.Fully manage all strategic, operational and creative planning of VIP events alongside the Events team.Propose and facilitate local events with ROI to increase customer loyalty.Follow up Client Indicators within Product Categories and leverage the Events or Animations planned.Develop and roll out operational tools to support the team within each department.Support the Events team from the creation to execution of client events.Ensure CRM capture rate remains consistently above 90%.Provide feedback to the Head Office CDM team for continuous improvement of data.Monitor results and profitability of all actions implemented.Work on improving client segmentation, profiling and targeting for any action in order to improve ROI.Ambassador of Dior: Be a brand ambassador for Dior with all points of contact of the business, internally and externally by representing the brand in public/store events and activities.Attend internal and external events related to CDM actions.Marketing Awareness: Be fully aware of the communication/global marketing calendar and strategies; understand local and overseas market situations and trends.Client Activations: Work with the Southern Europe Retail Marketing Manager to recognize opportunities for client activations and Private Client Relations activities; implement key clienteling actions with Diormag and Gifting program; build and develop clientele loyalty by meeting clients.Sales & CDM Operations: Drive the strategy on Dior Journeys to ensure 100% coverage on Walk In, Welcome, FDA and Birthday; maintain CRM data capture above 90%; provide trainings on Dior CRM Tools; implement a CDM rota to ensure client contact; provide weekly/monthly KPI reports; support shop-floor KPI-driven actions; maintain back-office knowledge (CRM, client recruitment, P&L, stock control, reports, VM rules); ensure Dior standards in merchandising and client experience; ensure security procedures are applied.Profile: Languages required: Spanish and English; strong communication, public speaking and relationship building; customer service orientation with initiative and fashion sensitivity; luxury product knowledge; commercial mindset; strong Excel and analytical skills; minimum 5 years in luxury fashion; passion for Christian Dior and our collections; knowledge of fashion/trends.The company Christian Dior Couture is committed to respecting the privacy of each Talent.
