Polish Speaking Business Development Representative - Google ProductsJoin us as a Business Development Representative for Google Ads Products and connect businesses with powerful digital marketing solutions.Purpose of the roleAs a Business Development Representative, you will identify sales opportunities, profile prospective customers, discover their needs, and drive new business through outbound campaigns.You will help businesses work better together, move fast and innovate, proactively engaging them to build enthusiasm and qualify their needs to propose solutions.You will work towards individual targets, as part of a larger sales team focused on growing our customer base across EMEA in a phone‑based outbound environment.ResponsibilitiesAchieve Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quota quarterly and hit daily/weekly activity targets.Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high‑potential prospects.Educate customers on our solutions.Execute daily outbound calls and emails (often cold calling), contact C‑level decision makers, build rapport and assess needs.Understand prospects’ pain points, gather technical requirements and correlate business needs to available cloud solutions, building value for next steps.Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com, managing leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities and activities.Work towards team and individual goals for key metrics such as productivity, conversion rates, opportunities and pipeline.Diligently document customer notes and deal details in Salesforce.com to ensure clarity across stakeholders.RequirementsC2 level of Polish and C1 of English (both written and spoken)BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experienceSome understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutionsAbility to connect business needs with adequate solutions, strong business acumenStrong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity and professionalismComfortable working against an assigned quota in a phone‑based environmentGeneral IT skills: essential computer skills to navigate efficiently a computer‑based jobDesirable SkillsProcess ExcellenceCollaborationCommunicationEmotional IntelligenceOpen MindednessCritical ThinkingSolution OrientationEntrepreneurshipBenefitsFull‑time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona with a salary of 21.080 € gross/year + up to 2.353,40 €Referral Program: Earn up to €2 000 for bringing friendsRelocation SupportPrivate Health InsuranceContinuous skill development and certificationsClear career growth opportunities supported by coaches and a motivating team environmentEngaging workplace with contests and a dynamic business casual culturePrime office location at the World Trade Center, BarcelonaDiversity, Equity & InclusionTP is home to a global family with various backgrounds and lifestyles.
