Job Description Oversee the entire rental lifecycle : availability, pricing strategy, marketing, property viewings, legal contracts, KYC, check-in/check-out, villa preparation, damage assessments, dispute resolution, and deposit returns. Ensure that all company operations consistently maintain and deliver a 5-star standard of service and presentation across all touchpoints, including all client-facing teams. Promote upselling of services and ensure all billing and reporting are accurately updated in the Property Management System (PMS). Lead a cross-functional team. Ensure compliance with local rental laws, tax regulations (VAT), and licensing requirements. Personally handle exceptional client requests when necessary , especially during peak seasons.
