Reportando jerárquicamente al Manager y funcionalmente al Head of Technical Management Department asumirá las siguientes funciones:Interlocución técnica con el cliente y ocupantes.Gestión de equipo técnico a su cargo.Seguimiento de las directrices marcadas por los servicios técnicos centrales de CBRE e implantación de los proyectos correspondientes.Elaboración y seguimiento de OPEX, CAPEX y Plan de Energía y Sostenibilidad.ServiciosSuministrosVelar por el seguimiento de los procedimientos de CBRE (compras,…).Elaboración de informes técnicos periódicos para cliente.Mantener data room actualizado del activo/portfolio (toda la información debe estar disponible en la Red).Velar por la correcta gestión de riesgos:Cumplimiento normativoMantenimientos técnicos legalesPrevención (PAU, CAE,…)RGPDSegurosVelar por la correcta imagen del activo/portfolio.Velar por la mejora continua del activo/portfolio.Velar por el cumplimiento de los requerimientos técnicos contractuales que se tengan con los ocupantes.Fomentar venta cruzada.FORMACIÓN:Ingeniería o Ingeniería TécnicaArquitectura o Arquitectura TécnicaValorable postgradoREQUISITOS:Experiencia mínima de 2 años en el sectorUso de AutoCADValorables conocimientos en BIMNivel alto de inglésDisponibilidad para viajarValorable movilidad«CBRE está comprometido con la igualdad y no discriminación, por lo que, en coherencia, espera que, en el marco de las presentes relaciones, se respete tal compromiso y se evite cualquier conducta, expresión, referencia o decisión que pudiera lesionar la igualdad pretendida».
