As farmers are seeing a reduction of labour force from 17M in 2020 to 7M in 2030, advancing our prototype capabilities to production‑grade quality is crucial to drive these sales. In this setting, you will own power electronics integration, HV/LV harnesses and EMC end‑to‑end on an electric vehicle platform (battery‑managed pre‑charge, swappable packs, distributed electric propulsion). Integrate COTS, choose the standards, and take the design through external certification. You’ll coordinate across R&D, manufacturing and QA to ship on time and meet customer expectations. Define high and low voltage architectures and routing; choose compliance standards; release drawings/BOM to manufacture. Identify and qualify harness manufacturers and power‑electronics vendors. You will support customer HV training. Manage key partnerships across agriculture, defence and test facilities. Strong, hands‑on coding ability and solid software engineering fundamentals. Willingness to go on site and test on real machines with real constraints. Fluent in English; conversational Spanish is a plus.
