Job Description We are seeking a Cluster Pricing Manager who will play a key role in shaping how customers perceive value and how we compete across Europe. You will be involved in shaping the pricing strategies which will balance growth, profitability, and customer trust. This is a high-impact role, offering strong visibility with senior leadership and close collaboration across Category Management, Shop Operations, and Country teams. Responsibilities: Translate sales and margin goals into market-specific pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability. Analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer behavior to guide strategic decisions. Shape and refine pricing logic and parameters, monitoring performance to validate impact and inform future adjustments. Deliver clear, actionable insights that influence senior leadership decisions. Meticulously track and evaluate central pricing tests and, when you spot an opportunity, design, propose, and run your own local experiments to improve customer behavior and financial KPIs. Act as the final authority for approving outlier pricing recommendations, making the tough calls when needed. Qualifications Ability to think strategically, experiment fearlessly, and will push boundaries to directly drive profitability and market share. Experience in pricing, analytics, or strategy, ideally in a multi-market context. Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable high-impact business decisions. Strong communicator with proven ability to influence stakeholders across levels and functions Natural curiosity and a drive challenge the status quo. Advanced-level Excel skills and at least a basic level of SQL. Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail; aware that in a high-impact pricing environment, identifying small inconsistencies before they go live is critical.
