Our focus is on customer delight, people, and growth.About the OpportunityWe are looking for a permanent Yield & Pricing Manager to work in Madrid. Reporting into the Head of Holidays Spain, you will own the pricing strategy for our Iberia market, ensuring sustainable profitability and market responsiveness.You will join a newly created team where systems, processes and ways of working are being designed from the ground up.ResponsibilitiesOwn end‑to‑end accountability for pricing strategy and execution across the Iberia market.Analyse, anticipate and respond to consumer behaviour and competitor dynamics to optimise pricing and maximise yield.Lead detailed competitor price analysis and translate market intelligence into clear pricing actions and recommendations.Review and interrogate booking, web and performance data to assess destination performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.Generate, implement and evaluate price changes, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and market conditions.Dive into data and external market activity when required, challenging assumptions and providing evidence‑based recommendations.Partner closely with Product and Marketing teams to deliver data‑led insights that inform commercial and promotional strategies.Collaborate effectively with the UK‑based Yield team, operating confidently in English as the primary business language.QualificationsProven experience in pricing and revenue management, ideally within the travel or leisure sector.Fluency in Spanish and English.The ability to operate comfortably at both strategic and operational levels.Experience building and shaping ways of working for a newly established team.Strong people‑leadership skills, with experience managing, coaching and developing high‑performance teams.An open‑minded, adaptable approach with a genuine appetite for change and continuous improvement.A high level of independence and ownership, able to manage delivery autonomously and drive results.Flexibility to travel to the UK to work closely with the UK‑based Yield team and key stakeholders.BenefitsAttractive annual bonus based on company and individual performance.23 days of annual leave,
