We are looking for a Pro Channel Manager to join our Professional Business in the Adhesives Business Unit based in Spain. You will play a key role in driving our B2B strategy, leading by example, and developing our sales force and customer base. And position our brand at the top of the Spanish professional market of adhesives. Accompany new customers and end-users on projects, expanding your professional network. Give demonstrations and trainings to customers, professional end-users, and schools/associations. Coordinate, engage, and boost a team of external sales agents across Spain. Your Team You will report to both the National Sales Manager Spain, and will have a functional reporting line to the Professional Sales Manager of France, working closely with him. Relevant bachelor's degree or occupational training. Experience: 5–8 years in the professional channel from retail or industry, preferably in construction, sanitary, pools, or HVAC. Sales & Negotiation: Experience in managing sales teams (agents and/or exclusive reps), achieving targets, and developing people. Mobility: Willing to travel 3–4 days per week. Spanish (native/business fluent); basic English required for multinational collaboration.
