We’re now looking for a VP Finance, Iberia - Commercial to lead our Iberian finance team, partnering closely with senior management and key external stakeholders including sports leagues, media distributors and commercial partners. Based in Madrid, you will be a central figure in driving financial performance and supporting DAZN’s continued growth across the Iberian region. What You'll Be Doing: Own the P&L for Iberia - managing opportunities, risks & trade-offs to keep the business within its long-term plan. Be a key business partner to the Iberia management team, translating financial insights into commercial action across subscription, advertising, betting, marketing and content areas. Lead financial planning , including quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and cashflow management, ensuring alignment with Group targets. Drive commercial trading performance – partnering with marketing, product and content teams to optimise subscriber acquisition, retention, ARPU and offer mix. Act as Finance lead on major commercial contracts, distribution partnerships and rights agreements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including distributors and rightsholders. Prepare and present monthly performance reviews to Iberia and Group stakeholders, highlighting key trends, risks and opportunities. Provide strategic financial modelling and decision support for new business initiatives, pricing models and marketing offers. Champion governance, control and compliance across the region, ensuring best-in-class financial discipline. Lead, coach and develop a high-performing local finance team focused on insight, impact and collaboration. Partner with Group Finance to drive process excellence and continuous improvement in reporting, forecasting and analytics. What You'll Bring: 10+ years’ senior finance experience , ideally within a high-growth, consumer or subscription-based business. Proved track record partnering with senior executives to influence key strategic and commercial decisions , for example influencing major partner deal negotiations or pricing recommendations. Experience in commercial trading displaying commercial acumen and comfortable managing and interpreting KPIs such as acquisition, churn, ARPU and promotional ROI . Advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills; comfortable turning complex numbers into actionable insight. Experience in media, entertainment or technology sectors is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish or Portuguese a strong plus). Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to a fast-moving and innovative environment .
