Your Tasks As a S&CM Trainee within the Hansaplast team, you will support the development and execution of strategies focused on the shopper, the customer, and in-store activation within the mass and pharmacy channel. You will contribute to strengthening brand visibility and ensuring excellent execution across physical and digital points of sale, helping Hansaplast to deliver a superior shopper experience and differentiate versus the private label.Key Responsibilities In-Store Execution: supporting the creation and implementation of POS materials, displays and visibility tools for mass market and pharmacies; tracking and evaluating promotional campaigns and activations at the point of sale; assisting in adapting and applying global brand visibility guidelines to the local market.Shopper Marketing: conducting competitive benchmarking and monitoring market trends, competitors’ performance and activations; helping to prepare presentations and sales materials for internal and external stakeholders.Project Coordination & Internal Collaboration: coordinating with creative agencies, suppliers, logistics, and cross-functional internal teams; producing reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and point-of-sale execution; supporting administrative tasks within the department.Your Profile This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, trade marketing, and the dynamic FMCG / pharma sector, eager to learn by working closely with Marketing, Sales, and external agency partners.Must Have Skills Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.Strong interest in fast moving categories, healthcare in the Spanish retail environment.Analytical skills (used to work with excel and business data programs).Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationship with colleagues & suppliers.Fluent in Spanish and English.You are in your final year of a bachelor's or master's degree, and you are available to sign an internship agreement with your university for a full-time (40 hrs/week), minimum 6-month contract.Previous experience in an international company, ideally in marketing or sales, will be highly valued.Seniority level InternshipEmployment type Full-timeJob function OtherIndustries Personal Care Product Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
