We are looking for a Fashion Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Barcelona and support customers in the French market.
- Handling incoming customer calls and enquiries.
- Managing orders, changes and returns.
- Providing excellent customer service through different communication channels.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing effective solutions.

Requisitos Fluent/native French essential. Good level of English and/or Spanish is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented, proactive and solution-focused. Good PC and systems knowledge. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Well organized, reliable and adaptable.
What we offer?
- €18,471 gross/year.
- 38.5 hours/week.
- Monday to Friday, 9:0018:00.
- 1-month temporary contract.
