Senior Azure Data Platform Engineer (Hybrid - Barcelona, Spain) ¿Shape the backbone of a global cloud infrastructure at enterprise scale. Our international client is on the lookout for a Senior Azure Data Platform Engineer with SQL knowledge. You'll be joining a highly skilled engineering team responsible for building and maintaining one of Europe's most advanced Azure environments - at scale, with automation, security, and performance at its core. If you thrive on solving complex cloud challenges and want to shape the future in the enterprise scale, keep reading Design, develop, maintain and optimize robust and scalable IT platforms, with a focus on cloud (mainly Azure) services , to meet business needs and performance standards. CI/CD pipelines using terraform Review and improve code written by other team members to ensure best practices and performance standards. Develop and maintain PowerShell for automation, Azure modules and error handling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions that meet business requirements. Azure Data and MS-SQL technologies + Terraform and Azure Services incl. Azure Synapse. Skilled in Bash PowerShell JSON Python , networking , and Azure DevOps , or GitHub Actions for version control and automation. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. global-scale engineering team Hybrid working model with 2/3 days per week in the beautiful office in the centre of Barcelona or Madrid. performance bonus , learning budget , and Work on cloud projects that genuinely Relocation is supported if you are based out of Barcelona or Madrid.
