At Webfleet we're looking for a Customer Success Representative - Onboarding Specialist for the Benelux market, in our office in Barcelona. As a Customer Success Representative specializing in onboarding at our new customers at Webfleet, fleetsizes from 25-250 using remote capabilities, you will be at the forefront of our customers’ journey. Your primary focus will be guiding new fleet clients through their first experiences with our platform, ensuring they receive the training and resources needed to realize the full value of their investment. Conduct tailored training sessions for customer stakeholders, from fleet managers to drivers, focusing on core functionalities relevant to their operational goals. Monitor onboarding progress, usage data, and key success metrics; Deliver onboarding materials, such as quick-start guides, workflow documentation, and video tutorials. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust quickly, managing multiple onboarding projects at once. Analytical skills to interpret usage data and metrics, enabling data-driven guidance and support. Fluent in Dutch and professional business English. Commercial value of customer creating opportunities for add ons that the customer was not aware of during the initial buying phase.
