Working on a worldwide basis, we provide a range of linguistic, testing, and quality control services to Video Game Developers and Publishers alike. Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and organized Workplace Assistant to join our growing and dynamic Office Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment supporting the smooth operation of our Madrid office. This is an onsite role, with training provided. Requirements Key Responsibilities and Activities Facilities & Office Management Monitor and manage office supplies including stationery, electronics, furniture, and consumables. Coordinate maintenance and cleaning services to ensure a safe, clean, and functional workplace. Maintain professional relationships with vendors and service providers. Support the coordination of courier services, postage, shipping, and billing. Support with H&S requirements People & Culture Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees. Welcome clients, visitors, talents and team members to the office, ensuring a positive experience. Help organize employee engagement activities and office events. Administrative Support Book travel and accommodation for visiting staff or guests. Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed. Qualifications and Educational Requirements ·        Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).         Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role. ·        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ·        Excellent verbal and written communication. ·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). ·        Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. ·        Must be available to work onsite part time from 9 am to 1 pm . ·        Experience in Facilities or Health & Safety is a plus.
