Position: Operations Customer Expert I – B2B SalesLocation: Lisbon – On-siteStart Date: 12 January (flexible / adjustable)Working ScheduleMonday to Friday40 hours per week08:00 – 17:00Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Spanish-speaking B2B Sales Customer Expert to join an international team in Lisbon.The role focuses on outbound sales and client acquisition , supporting business customers through a digital platform solution.ResponsibilitiesContact potential B2B clients via outbound calls, email, and online meetingsPresent platform solutions and explain business valueManage the full sales cycle from prospecting to follow-upPrepare and send commercial proposalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with decision-makersUpdate CRM with accurate client and sales informationAchieve monthly sales targetsRequirementsNative-level SpanishEnglish B2 level (mandatory)Previous sales experience required (B2B is a plus)Strong communication and negotiation skillsEU ID, Residence Card, or Certificate of ProtectionSalary & BenefitsBase salary + meal allowance + holiday & Christmas bonuses + project bonusTotal monthly gross package: approximately 1,350€Performance-based project bonus up to 135€Portuguese employment contractHealth insurance from day oneStable international work environmentRelocation SupportBureaucratic assistance (NIF, NISS)Housing support options available for candidates relocating from 100km+Interested candidates are welcome to apply with their CVs in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
