Job Title Procurement Data & Systems AnalystSummary : We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Purchasing team as a Procurement Data & Systems Analyst. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and procurement strategy. You will play a key role in transforming procurement processes through data-driven insights and digital tools. In this role you will : Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine dashboards and reporting solutions to generate actionable insights for procurement decision-making. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical requirements for tool and process development. Support the integration of procurement systems with enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Work independently on strategic initiatives, including data consolidation and digital transformation projects. About the ideal candidate A bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field Analytical and data interpretation skills, with hands-on experience in dashboard creation. Experience or knowledge on tools such as Power BI, Excel, SAP will be added advantage Interest in IT systems and their application to business workflows. A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
