Procurement Data & Systems Analyst

Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Purchasing team as a Procurement Data & Systems Analyst. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and procurement strategy. You will play a key role in transforming procurement processes through data-driven insights and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities
In this role you will :

• Develop and refine dashboards and reporting solutions to generate actionable insights for procurement decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical requirements for tool and process development.
• Support the integration of procurement systems with enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Work independently on strategic initiatives, including data consolidation and digital transformation projects.

About The Ideal Candidate

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
• Analytical and data interpretation skills, with hands-on experience in dashboard creation.
• Experience or knowledge on tools such as Power BI, Excel, SAP will be added advantage
• Interest in IT systems and their application to business workflows.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Any previous experience in procurement, data analysis, or IT systems will be valued
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
