Como parte del proceso de crecimiento y expansión de nuestro cliente, una multinacional del sector restauración, estamos seleccionando un/a HR Business Partner para la zona Norte de España. Se trata de una posición clave, con un fuerte componente operativo y de terreno, con responsabilidad sobre +100 establecimientos por lo que la disponibilidad para viajar será fundamental, así como la capacidad de organización, autonomía y toma de decisiones. Entre tus principales funciones, destacamos: - Ser la figura de referencia en materia de RRHH en la zona norte, garantizando la implementación y correcta ejecución de la estrategia del Departamento de Recursos Humanos. - Visitar de manera constante los restaurantes de la zona (alrededor de 180 establecimientos), detectando necesidades y dando soporte a los equipos. La zona asignada abarca desde Galicia hasta País Vasco y parte de Castilla y León. - Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de operaciones, entendiendo sus retos y aportando soluciones ágiles y eficaces. - Atender, gestionar y resolver incidencias relacionadas con nómina. - Coordinar y ejecutar gestiones críticas del área de RRHH: despidos, quejas internas, procedimientos disciplinarios. - Asesorar a empleados y gerentes en materia laboral, resolviendo dudas y conflictos de forma efectiva. - Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos en materia laboral, incluyendo la gestión de sanciones disciplinarias. - Analizar e interpretar los KPIs del área (absentismo, rotación, coste de personal, control de asistencia…), y liderar la ejecución de los planes de acción derivados. - Ser el interlocutor directo con el comité de empresa y sindicatos, promoviendo una relación fluida y constructiva con la Dirección. - Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones similares, con constante presencia en los centros de trabajo. - Formación universitaria en Psicología, Pedagogía, Derecho o ADE, complementada con Máster en Recursos Humanos. - Haber gestionado entornos con alto volumen de personal y operativa (idealmente más de 100 centros). - Contar con vehículo propio. - Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente y pernoctar fuera de casa. - Perfil autónomo, dinámico, con capacidad de decisión y orientación a la acción. - Habituado/a a estar en terreno, con carácter resolutivo, proactivo y con un enfoque muy operativo.
