We strive for collaboration which is why we offer a work environment where our employees thrive and develop long lasting careers.**Our business, Your impact, Shared opportunity****What you’ll be doing:*** Support the Head of Casualty Iberia in building and processing a portfolio of profitable Casualty business and creating offers with appropriate terms and conditions to achieve expected profitability. Focus on Major accounts.* Underwrite complex insurance risks in accordance with the business plan and personal authority to meet business objectives.* Participate in contract negotiations, client meetings and prepare presentations to clients and brokers as part of policy renewals or new business.* Maintain existing client and broker relationships as well as develop new business opportunities in collaboration with Business Development colleagues.* Stay up to date with all underwriting strategies and policies and ensure they are respected for each
