Desde Marlex estamos colaborando con una reconocida empresa especializada en el diseño, fabricación e instalación de cerramientos de aluminio y vidrio, que busca un/a Project Manager experimentado/a para liderar proyectos de construcción, garantizando una gestión eficiente de recursos, el cumplimiento de plazos y la calidad de las entregas.

El/la candidato/a ideal será responsable de supervisar el ciclo completo del proyecto, desde la planificación y el presupuesto hasta la ejecución, coordinación de equipos y entrega final, manteniendo un enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente.

Responsabilidades:
  • Planificar, coordinar y ejecutar proyectos de construcción de cerramientos de aluminio y vidrio para edificios comerciales y residenciales.
  • Controlar el presupuesto del proyecto y optimizar recursos para asegurar la eficiencia de costes.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad en todas las etapas del proyecto.
  • Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios internos y externos (arquitectos, proveedores, ingenieros y clientes) para el desarrollo del proyecto.
  • Gestionar los tiempos de entrega, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos.
  • Reportar el estado de los proyectos a la dirección y a los clientes, identificando riesgos potenciales y estableciendo planes de acción para su mitigación.
  • Mantener reuniones con el cliente para asegurar una comunicación fluida y gestionar sus expectativas a lo largo del proceso.
Requisitos:
  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Arquitectura, Gestión de Proyectos o similar; se valorará un Máster en Project Management o en Dirección de Construcción.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Project Manager en proyectos de construcción, preferentemente en el sector de cerramientos de aluminio y vidrio o construcción de edificios.
  • Conocimientos técnicos de materiales, estructuras y sistemas de cerramiento de aluminio y vidrio.
  • Alta capacidad de organización, comunicación y resolución de problemas.
  • Dominio del catalán y castellano, inglés será valorable.
  • Dominio de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (p. ej., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) y conocimientos avanzados de MS Office.
