About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Beauty and Home Finished Goods team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing customer-focused projects on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage matrix project teams accountable for project results and implementation of relevant work processes.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including Technical, R&D, Operations, Logistics, Quality, and Regulatory.
  • Develop detailed project work plans and critical path timelines, considering resource needs and external constraints.
  • Prepare and maintain risk assessments with contingency plans to minimize unforeseen events and changes.
  • Communicate effectively with business leadership on project status, milestones, schedule, and budget adherence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a project leader/owner managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working within a matrix organization, ideally globally.
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of project management principles, including PMP certification.
  • Ability to utilize project management software, such as Microsoft Project.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and project leadership abilities.
