Desde Procura buscamos un/a técnico/a senior como Responsable en el área de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente (EHS Manager) para incorporarse a una reconocida compañía en su sector en Barcelona.Su misión será garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de seguridad y salud laboral y medio ambiente, promoviendo una cultura preventiva y asegurando que las actividades de la empresa se desarrollen de forma segura, sostenible y responsable, minimizando riesgos para las personas, las instalaciones y el entorno.Perfil:- Formación técnica (Grado Superior en Seguridad e Higiene).- Deseable Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (Seguridad en el Trabajo, Higiene Industrial, Ergonomía y Psicosociología Aplicada, Medicina del Trabajo).- Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en posición similar preferentemente en empresa final de carácter industrial como técnico/a o Responsable de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y Medioambiente.- Experiencia en formación, implantación y mantenimiento de ISO 14001.- Imprescindible nivel elevado de inglés.- Se valorarán conocimientos en calidad.- Persona con elevadas habilidades de comunicación y relación interpersonal.- Capacidad de análisis y toma de decisiones.- Con clara orientación a resultados.- Determinación y flexibilidad para adaptarse a entornos cambiantes.- Proactividad e iniciativa.
