At Eaton, we are looking for a Customer Service Engineer to join our Crouse‐Hinds / CEAG business. This is a highly technical, customer-facing role supporting industrial customers across Spain and selected export markets in a ex-proofed.
Working in a 100% remote environment , you will act as the key point of contact throughout the customer project lifecycle, technical quotations, regular customer orders handling & order execution activities, and delivery follow-up. You will collaborate closely with customers, sales teams, engineering experts, manufacturing sites, and operations teams across Europe to ensure a seamless customer experience.
This role combines technical customer support, project coordination, order management, and stakeholder communication within a specialized market focused on explosion-proof electrical equipment and power distribution solutions.
