BASQUEVOLT aims to become the European leader in next‑generation solid‑state lithium batteries, enabling mass deployment of electric transportation, stationary energy storage, and advanced portable devices.ResponsibilitiesImplementing Quality Procedures and InstructionsDevelop and update procedures to enhance quality processes.Conduct training sessions to ensure staff understanding and compliance.Establishing Quality Control PlansDevelop current quality control plans and adjust them as necessary.Monitor adherence to quality control plans through regular inspections and audits.Develop measuring methods.Defining Quality Tracking Procedures and KPIsDesign, implement and monitor KPIs related to product quality and process efficiency.Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Developing Employees and LeadersCollaborate and contribute to the development of a quality and continuous improvement culture.Participating in Change Management ProcessesCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess quality impacts of proposed changes.Driving Manufacturing Projects and OpportunitiesLead Core Tools activities.Identify improvement opportunities for quality enhancement and process optimisation.Recruitment ProcessInitial Contact: Connect with our People team for an introductory discussion.Technical Interview & meeting with your direct manager.
