Quality Engineer

QUALITY ENGINEER
Main Functions

  • Implementing Quality Procedures and Instructions

  • Develop and update procedures as needed to enhance quality processes.

  • Conduct training sessions to ensure staff understanding and compliance with procedures.

  • Establishing Quality Control Plans

  • Develop current quality control plans and adjust them as necessary.

  • Monitor adherence to quality control plans through regular inspections and audits.

  • Develop measuring methods.

  • Defining Quality Tracking Procedures and KPIs

  • Design, implement and monitor specific KPIs related to product quality and process efficiency.

  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Developing Employees and Leaders

  • Collaborate and contribute in the development of the Quality and continuous improvement culture

  • Participating in Change Management Processes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess quality impacts of proposed changes.

  • Driving Manufacturing Projects and Opportunities

  • Lead Core Tools activities

  • Identify improvement opportunities for quality enhancement and process optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Arround 5 years of work experience in chemical industry, including cells manufacturing or relevant sector.
  • Experience and knowledge of Core tools and measuring methods development.
  • Experience and knowledge of quality requirements and standards in the automotive industry (IATF
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
