Visit our website: QUALITY ENGINEER Main functions Implementing Quality Procedures and Instructions Develop and update procedures as needed to enhance quality processes. Conduct training sessions to ensure staff understanding and compliance with procedures. Establishing Quality Control Plans Develop current quality control plans and adjust them as necessary. Monitor adherence to quality control plans through regular inspections and audits. Develop measuring methods. Defining Quality Tracking Procedures and KPIs Design, implement and monitor specific KPIs related to product quality and process efficiency. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Developing Employees and Leaders Collaborate and contribute in the development of the Quality and continuous improvement culture Participating in Change Management Processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess quality impacts of proposed changes. Driving Manufacturing Projects and Opportunities Lead Core Tools activities Identify improvement opportunities for quality enhancement and process optimization. Interested? Arround 5 years of work experience in chemical industry, including cells manufacturing or relevant sector. Experience and knowledge of Core tools and measuring methods development. Experience and knowledge of quality requirements and standards in the automotive industry (IATF 16949). Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
